Spring steel wires.

Spring steel wire (DIN EN 10270-1 and DIN 17223/1) is shaped by our customers to make a whole range of springs, such as tension springs, compression springs, spiral springs or bending parts.

Tension springs are springs that absorb force when they are pulled apart. This allows the springs to release force again when they are pushed together again.

Compression springs work based on the same principle, but absorb and store force when they are pushed together and then release it when they are pulled apart.

Spiral springs  also referred as wound bending springs can have differently shaped ends. They can transfer or dissipate forces and can be found, for example, in safety pins or clothes pegs.

Bending parts are bent in a whole number of ways by machines so that they can eventually be used, as with the other types of springs, in the automotive industry, the electrical engineering segment or in other areas.
